Sir,
i have downloaded the game setup from the site and installed it on my pc. but wile opening the game it says" A referral was returned from the server.
Please help me sir

Don't start it with the launcher, but with the CTRacer.exe file.

see the picture this is the problem for me, even the game itself not opening

Hello, there.
First, Click the internet with right button of your mouse. There is compatibility tab. Click.
And then You can see authority level at the bottom. Check.
Now you can play the City Racer smoothly.
